Our Oil Free Series have consistent oil-free air meeting ISO8573-1 class 0 oil standards. Food grade coating is done where air contacts metal surface inside the compressor ensuring consistent oil-free air without metal debris. Pipes have special e-coating which ensures consistently clean and oil-free air along with optimized rotor clearances which ensures consistent air delivery.

Our airend Rotors and housing are coated with PTFE based food-grade PP coating to resist corrosion and endures high temperatures up to 482 °F. This results in optimum long term performance with no loss in efficiency

Flexible design allowing for air cooled and water cooled requirements

Our Oil Free Series carrying Cupronickel coolers with water-in-tube system, specially designed for temperature difference of max. 46.4 °F having least fouling factor in its kind with best thermal efficiency
